We deliver throughout the UK, UK mainland deliveries are FREE however for more remote areas there may be an excess charge. Please note that certain parts of Scotland and all parts of Ireland may incur an excess delivery charge, please ask for details.
Goods are normally delivered within 5 working days of cleared payment, however, please allow 14 days prior to contacting us. Our office chairs are normally delivered within 2-3 working days except public holidays. Changing or cancelling orders
If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during delivery or contains a manufacturers defect, we accept this and will replace or repair any defective items at no cost to you, the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights and returns are accepted on all goods for replacement or refund if not fully satisfied with the quality or condition (Please note that all damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery). Dynamic Online Limited must be notified of any delivery restrictions . Should Dynamic Online Limited not be notified before delivery of any restrictions all charges will be passed onto the customer. All made to order product are Non - Refundable CUSTOMER`S OBLIGATIONS – CANCELLATION OF GOODS: The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. The Customer shall be liable to compensate the Supplier for any expenses incurred by the Supplier as a result of the Customer’s failure to comply. Without prejudice to any other rights to which the Supplier may be entitled, in the event that the Customer unlawfully terminates or cancels the goods and services agreed to in the Specification Document, the Customer shall be required to pay to the Supplier as agreed damages and not as a penalty the full amount of any third party costs to which the Supplier has committed and in respect of cancellations on less than five working days’ written notice the full amount of the goods and services contracted for as set out in the Specification Document, and the Customer agrees this is a genuine pre-estimate of the Supplier’s losses in such a case. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer’s failure to comply with shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the goods and services and subject to the payment of the damages set out in this Clause.
